We believe that  planning carefully is the best way to head off complications.  We will work with you to understand your space, power and networking requirements well before your data is placed in our hands.

If you are having a problem with any service provided by PES Energize, such as bandwidth or network connectivity, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you anytime.

Once the initial setup is complete, we can provide limited "remote hands" support to reboot servers, cycle power supplies, plug and unplug cables, etc.  If you need more assistance, we can provide troubleshooting support for $75 per hour during normal business hours.  Outside of normal business hours, the fee is $150 per hour.
